Some poor fool told me that I had miracle powers; that is, I turned my small cupboard of a room into a TARDIS filled with furniture and belongings.

Naturally, I took that as a challenge. Result: more furniture! I have put together a spanking new bookcase and begun filling it with the delights of my eclectic book collection.

On Friday I saw surrealist dance piece The Eiffel Tower Wedding Party, originally by Jean Cocteau a little less than a century ago. Anticipation was heightened by the fact that the night had actually sold out, and my friend and I were on the waitlist, hanging around in the hopes of a couple of no-shows. Hurray!
